Ok, seriously. This morning on MPR (whom I l.o.v.e.) here was the debate:
"Up north it's cold. Do you know how cold it is?
No, how cold is it?
Well, you can take your pick. In X it is 40 below air temperature, but in Y it is 46 below wind chill. Which one do you think is colder?
I think that the 40 below would feel warmer, you know, because with the wind, it just rips through you. That 46 below would sure feel colder, I think."
UMMMMM- no, people. It is DAMN cold no matter how you look at it. I will take my -11 and dream of the south today.
