I think Americans just like a reason to party. Why else would we adopt a south-of-the-border holiday yet not have a clear pathway to citizenship for working illegal immigrants?
Anyway, I digress. Have a margarita!!! I, myself, prefer the traditional lime margarita with salt, on the rocks - and not blended.
