Eating Styles

I am a bored eater. 

And a procrastinator eater.

Figuring these two things out are the first steps to managing it.

Will someone help me figure out how to manage it?

I do both of those things, but this helps me: Let yourself get really hungry and then really ask yourself "What do I really want?" It's best done when you are alone and not busy---which doesn't happen to you often but maybe on the weekends?
Then you are training your body to recognize the difference between "Boredom hunger" and real hunger.
