Today's Leadership Conference was awesome. Looking at our 2011 accomplishments and hearing the strategy for 2012 - good stuff. Very good stuff. I always leave a lot motivated and a bit overwhelmed by the work ahead - but mostly motivated.
The icing on the cake? Flash mobs via "live" video feeds from the airports of ATL, DTW, JFK, and even Tech Ops!!! The In-Flight Service and TechOps folks ROCKED IT!
I think it should be posted on Youtube in a day or two so I will share then.
When did Delta get hip? Love it.
