Jambalyin'

That's right - when you eat Jambalaya, it is DEFINITELY a verb. JAMBALAYIN'!!!

We made some deliciousness last night, although between the c.razy thunderstorm / tornado conditions / super windy and the heartburn, it was a little unrestful.

1 box Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix
1/2 lb chicken, 1" cubes
1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
1/2 package Savoie's Andouille Sausage, sliced into pieces
Lots o' water

Using a big sauce pan:
Cook up the chicken and sausage for about 3-5 minutes.
Add water and rice contents as directed on package. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and finish cooking 10-15 minutes.

Hold on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen - it's SPICY! (I think it's the sausage.)
