I think that it is really a personal choice. I tend to reward myself with something that I really want but can't otherwise justify getting. This really depends on where I am at the moment, sometimes it's something for the house, sometimes is something fashionable and sometimes it is something exercise related. Whatever your reward is I don't think it really matters as long as it is something that will motivate you through the next 5 weeks.
